About Sparsh Sinha
I’m an Electrical Engineer with 2+ years of experience in plant engineering, power distribution systems, and renewable energy operations. At Asian Paints Rohtak, a 4 lakh kL water-based paint facility, I led the electrical O&M of a 33/11 kV substation, 3.67 MWp rooftop and 6 MWp utility-scale solar plants, and managed statutory compliance, FLP integrity, and energy optimization initiatives. My key strengths include Specific Power Consumption (SPC) analysis and reduction, execution of CAPEX and REVEX projects, and procurement through SAP PRD. I’ve supervised large O&M teams and ensured operational reliability in compliance with Indian Standards and HERC Green Open Access regulations.
