Collaborate with application team members to define test plans, support UAT & smoke testing.•Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Confluence pages, and conduct post-deployment reviews to ensure system stability.•Troubleshoot complex platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely support to business users while maintaining SLA compliance.•Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.•Facilitate weekly sprint planning meetings to align the team on objectives, clarify task ownership, and prioritize deliverables for successful project execution.•Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR) and enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.•Monitor project quality by collaborating with QA and development managers to address observations, identify bugs, and implement corrective actions.•Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports/updates for various departments to track progress and inform decision-making.•Maintain ongoing communication with external customers on major projects, manage issue escalations, and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure effective project execution.
