   Led end-to-end requirements for an enterprise Pricing Automation initiative—owned BRD, data dictionary, and process flows; aligned Pricing, FP & A, WFM/Ops, and Tech on scope, Phase-1 deliverables, and governance standards.• Defined the input/output data model and source-of-truth lineage for pricing datapoints, including ownership, refresh cadence, access rules, and auditability to enable standardized pricing decisions.• Designed the future-state operating model for Excel ↔ Fabric/Lake integration: decoupled master data into curated tables, enabled Excel to reference approved standards, and established a “publish final deal snapshot” mechanism to store versioned ACV/TCV/margin outcomes for reporting, reuse, and Power BI insights.
