About Sparsh Badjate
I’m an undergraduate at IIT Bombay, currently interning at Morgan Stanley with the eFX trading desk. My work applies quantitative methods with a deep focus on market microstructure.I’m also a founding team member at Terrastack, a geospatial intelligence startup working on digital rural land valuation. Previously, I contributed to large-scale geospatial and digital transformation initiatives with the Government of Maharashtra.At AUV-IITB, I lead the software division for autonomous underwater vehicles.I\'m passionate about designing and deploying AI systems to solve complex real-world challenges. My experience includes building agentic systems for financial research, corporate insights, and streamlining operational workflows.I’m deeply interested in how AI intersects with fields like quantitative finance, geospatial intelligence, robotics, cognitive science, and economics — using insights from each to build systems that learn, adapt, and solve complex real-world problems.
