Key Responsibilities- Lead the Marsh UK Operations Forecasting and Insight Team to improve the expense planning process and deliver focused performance analysis. Establishing robust processes to inform recruitment plans, resource management, budgeting and service delivery, whilst supporting the business to identify opportunities for optimizing performance and driving efficiencies- Collaborate across the Marsh Operations function to deliver insight and data visualization’s which underpin all decision making across the business. Develop a framework of reporting which helps the business to deliver on its goals, whilst also creating a support framework to ensure all stakeholders can interpret data effectively- Develop and build a team of expert planning & reporting specialists which drive the business forward- Produce demand and supply forecasting, using data inputs from various operational systems and other data sources. Ensuring all short, medium and long term plans are cohesively and accurately completed and documented- Produce analysis of all supply and demand components using appropriate modelling techniques and software tools- Work with the change team providing impact assessments of Business Change and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Take a proactive approach to identifying and quantifying changes and initiatives what will have an impact on forecasts and capacity plans
