I’ve always been fascinated by how technology can bridge communication gaps. My journey began as an intern where I first dipped my toes into software development. With 7 years of experience in building scalable and cloud-based applications, I’m proud to have contributed to projects at Amazon that enhance everyday experiences through voice technology. Working on Alexa’s speech-to-text recognition was not just a job; it was an opportunity to be part of something transformative.At Amazon, I had the chance to dive deep into optimizing Tier-1 services for scalability and performance. One of my proudest moments was leading the migration of production traffic from legacy systems to modern architectures—this effort improved system efficiency by over 30%. Now at my current company working as a Java Software Engineer, I continue to push boundaries by enhancing complex services through rigorous testing and optimization. Earlier in my journey, during my internship, I gained hands-on experience with Java and other technologies, which laid the foundation for my passion for building reliable, high-performing systems.My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Computers and Information Sciences from the University of North Texas. This education provided me with a solid foundation in machine learning and natural language processing—skills I actively apply in my current role. I integrated OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG pipelines to provide AI-driven diagnostic insights from service manuals and logs directly within the UI. I also design secure APIs with Spring Security, containerize services using Docker, deploy scalable workloads on Azure, and automate CI/CD using GitHub Actions, improving system performance, reliability, and troubleshooting efficiency across their digital platforms.
