Our production and management teams are located in the US, India, and Israel with access to deep pools of subject matter experts.Responsibilities:• Overseeing and managing processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, preparing resumes, and scheduling interviews with clients.• Assigned the tasks of utilizing an online database, candidate referrals, internet, and networking to identify potential candidates.• Searching for the right job as per the candidate’s profile.• Responsible for recruiting and maintaining good relationships with existing candidates of the organization.• Negotiating the rate with the Employers and employees.• Coordinating with the team and make sure delivery happens on requirements gathered.• Conducting initial screening for shortlisted candidates.• Submitting the matching profile to the client.• Schedule interview as for the candidate\'s availability and update to Client.• Sending daily reports to the team lead as well as the reporting Mangers.
