I’m a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in B2B, B2C and internal tools across SaaS, Fintech, PropTech, and EdTech. I’ve collaborated with both startups and large companies, covering the full product lifecycle: from research and strategy to testing and polished design. In my most recent role at Tinkoff, I led the design of an internal incident management platform used by SREs, developers, support specialists, and executives to ensure the company’s reliability. Recent impact: Reduced MTTR by 50% by merging four outdated systems into one streamlined platform, which was achieved in a fast-paced development environment. Increased NPS by 20% by improving workflows and addressing pain points uncovered in UX audits and user interviews.
