About Singh

I am having a varied and rich experience in the field of banking. I have exposure to branch banking, retail, corporate banking, NRI accounts, export documentation and so on. I have worked the the administrative offices, controlling offices and Head office in various capacities. Besides, I have been a faculty and vice principal of staff training college of a commercial bank for almost 10 years. Have an additional exposure to micro finance and I was sent by the bank for an international exposure of micro finance institutions in Philippines in 2009. Also, I have to my credit that I established financial inclusion cell of Punjab National Bank. I am on approved panel of interviewer of IBPS, Mumbai. I have great interviewing skills and people call me as an interviewer when they are recruiting Management trainees, probationary officers, executive trainees and managers at middle and senior levels. Was associated with the recruitment process interviews conducted by Institute for Banking Personnel Selection, Mumbai, in 2014, which lasted for 10 days. I am a visiting faculty to various management schools, guest faculty to reputed B- Schools and panelist also. Coordinating, participating in panel discussion on various forums. And finally I am an effective motivational speaker.
