Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events sector for stand designing Branding & Fabrication.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.Client Acquisition and Retention:• Collaborate with clients to understand their exhibition and requirements for the stand designing and fabrication.• Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.• Ensuring the high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and excellent service delivered.Project Management:• Oversee the end-to-end execution of exhibitions stand design and fabrication.• Coordinate with internal teams, various vendors, and partners to ensure timely and successful project delivered.• Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for multiple projects simultaneously.• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during project implementation.Networking and Industry Engagement:• Attending industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to build a strong network.• Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.• Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices
