   As a QA Engineer at Elevance Health, I have been responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks to support enterprise healthcare applications. I developed a flexible hybrid test automation framework using Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, and Apache POI, which reduced manual testing efforts by 40%. I automated over 300 UI and API test cases using REST Assured, Karate, and Playwright (TypeScript), integrating them with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines on AWS Lambda. My role involved performance testing with LoadRunner (Web, Oracle NCA, Citrix), backend data validation using SQL and MongoDB on AWS RDS, and creating Python scripts for NoSQL structure checks, schema comparison, and ETL data validation.
