Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise planning and reporting applications used by business, finance, and leadership teams.• Act as the primary point of contact for business users when data appears missing, incorrect, or inconsistent across reports and dashboards.• Investigate data discrepancies across months, sites, items, and territories, ensuring numbers shown in the system accurately reflect business expectations.• Partner closely with finance, planning, and analytics teams to validate Actuals, Plans, Prior Year, and restated values before and after reporting cycles.• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual planning activities, helping ensure data readiness for reviews, forecasts, and leadership decisions.• Translate complex system behavior into clear, simple explanations that business users can understand and act on.• Proactively communicate status updates, findings, and next steps through meetings, chats, and tickets to avoid confusion or delays.• Coordinate with internal technical and data teams when deeper investigation is required, ensuring smooth handoffs and timely resolution.• Track recurring issues and trends and help drive process improvements to reduce repeat data problems.• Document findings, decisions, and outcomes to create clear audit trails and knowledge references for future use.• Known for strong ownership, attention to detail, and calm handling of high-visibility issues during critical business timelines.
