With over 17 years of experience in the finance field, I am an Associate Director and Engagement Financial Advisor at Deloitte, one of the leading professional services firms in the world.I lead a team of over 550 plus financial advisors in India who support the EFA Portfolio businesses in various financial functions, such as reporting, advisory, transformation, and risk and compliance. I also oversee the talent development, recruitment, employee experience, culture and belongings and performance management for the entire India Engagement Financial Advisor practice, which consists of more than 1,300 professionals.I have a strong background in learning and development, having designed and delivered training programs and initiatives for the Engagement Financial Advisor practice, as well as investing in the next level of leaders. I have also built a reputation for the India EFA team within the global space, by leading Canada member firm team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and clients.
