About Sowmith Javvaji

I am a Master of Science student in Computer Engineering at University of California, Riverside, where I also work as a Teaching Assistant for the department of computer science. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. My core competencies include Python, C++, Node.js, Anaconda, and Infrastructure as code (IaC) and observability frameworks.As a Teaching Assistant, I lead the discussion sessions for the students for a course on advanced data structures and algorithms. I also work on setting up prairie test portal and building the question bank for the upcoming quarters using Python as the backend scripting language and HTML, CSS, and Javascript for the front end. Previously, I worked as a Reader, helping with the evaluation of C++ lab programs in CS010B, an introductory course on object-oriented programming. I am passionate about teaching and learning new technologies, and I enjoy collaborating with other students and faculty members to enhance the quality of education and research. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as valuable skills and knowledge in computer engineering.
