I’m Sowkarthi, an MBA graduate in HR and Finance, with a strong foundation in the core power system design industry. I began my journey as an HR professional in the electrical engineering sector. I handled talent acquisition, payroll, performance reviews, and resource planning. I later took on the role of General Manager – HR & Finance, managing end-to-end HR functions.
