Work on-site at @Eli Lilly and company as a contractor through Cogent, supporting research and development initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.• Manage high-throughput mammalian cell culture & engineered cells, handling 1–8 cell lines simultaneously to ensure high-quality results for research and preclinical studies.• Oversee and maintain cell-line inventory, including pulling requested cell lines and ensuring proper storage and organization.• Prepare and ship cell lines globally, ensuring proper packaging, temperature controls, and adherence to timelines for safe transport.• Execute aseptic techniques and maintain sterile conditions to prevent contamination and ensure sample integrity for in vivo studies.• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize lab processes, troubleshoot issues, and support fast-paced research initiatives.• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, managing documentation and ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
