Through exposure of recruitment in USA Market and various hiring process such as a Permanent and contract position Corp to Corp, Contract to Hire. Experience in negotiating salary/ rate/with U.S. Citizens, H1B, EAD and OPT. Good understanding in various Tax terms like Full time, Corp-Corp, Corp-Hire, 1099 and W2. Experience in utilizing Web Recruitment tools like Tech fetch, Career Builder, Monster, Dice and Free portals like Indeed, Ladder,Google Groups,Linkedin. Maintaining good LinkedIn backgroud for Recruiting. Proven ability to self-manage multiple positions by sourcing, Phone-screening, qualifying, coordinating interviews, negotiating and closing candidates. An effective communicator with skills in devising & implementing innovative strategies & contributing towards growth of the company Good understanding in various parameters of US Recruitment\'s in evaluation, Screening, Negotiating, Scheduling Interviews and closing the contract. Maintain Good rapport with Clients and Candidates,Coordinating with Team and Management, Good Telephonic Manner Experience in maintaining Database & Track records. Deal with Technical & Non-Technical job requests (QA,BA, Java, DevOps, Hadoop, Oracle, SAP.NET, Informatica, Project Manager, SQL, Sales force and many other skills) Specialized in Oracle & SAP Requirements. Successfully demonstrated the ability to work within deadlines and drive decisions by Managers, when necessary. Worked With Direct Clients and Implementations Partners.
