I work in Data and Technology at Ernst & Young, where I focus on building automation and data workflows that make internal processes faster and more reliable. A lot of my work involves figuring out where manual effort can be replaced with systems and tools that run in the background.Before this, I worked at Zoho Corporation, where I built internal tools and extensions to improve support workflows. One of the projects I worked on involved a machine learning based ticket routing system that helped reduce the time spent assigning technicians to issues.I enjoy building things that solve real operational problems. Most of my projects sit somewhere between engineering, automation, and product thinking. I like understanding how a system works end to end and then simplifying it.Outside of work I spend time building small products and experimenting with ideas. Recently I have been exploring AI powered workflows, internal tools, and ways to combine automation with practical business use cases.Technologies I often work with include Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern backend tools.I am always interested in conversations around AI systems, automation, and building useful products.
