Experience
Sr Manager Product Manager
Jun 2018 — Present · Austin, TX, US
I am engaged in productization of the Schwab authentication and IAM platform and building a portal that meets the needs of users based on their profiles as developers, product managers, and clients. This includes self-served, customized solutions powered by AI to provide a standard experience across different user journeys, such as to create credentials, login, password recovery and MFA focusing on customer success. Additionally, the portal provides analytics that serves the business owners to track the user engagement and feature adoption. I led the full business integration of online authentication of Trader Applications for Retail and Advisor clients including TDA thinkorswim (TOS), thinkpipes and iRebal based on acquisition of TD Ameritrade. This included collaboration with UX, compliance and accessibility team to build a theme for the new TDA/Schwab Applications to drive customer adoption and for migrating clients from TDA to the Schwab Platform. I conceptualized, built, and implemented the ‘Authentication Verification’ product allowing users to re-authenticate on TOS Desktop and Mobile channels. I also worked on the Mobile Push enabling Schwab/TOS clients to authenticate themselves using a new authenticator option. The implementation of Mobile Push was instrumental as it is one step closer to the corporate vision of a passwordless journey. I led the Common Credential Store (CCS) component that provided the best in class application access solution and smooth interaction for multiple channels using API security and microservices. This layer provided an increased level of security allowing database analytics to be delivered to internal and external stakeholders.
