With a background in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Business Management with a focus on Project Management, I have led initiatives from early-stage feasibility to investment approval and construction readiness. My work encompasses structuring contracts, streamlining project timelines, and delivering accurate technical and economic analyses to support successful project development.I have a strong track record of aligning cross-functional teams, coordinating with public agencies, and navigating complex regulatory and permitting landscapes. My experience includes land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and the preparation of critical project documentation. Whether negotiating with landowners, vendors, or internal stakeholders, I combine technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver impactful, long-term energy solutions.Currently, as a Project Developer, Renewable Energy at Scatec, and while overseeing the development of a 105 MW solar project, I identified an opportunity to optimize internal processes by enhancing the company’s global operational system. Despite having strong cost control and project tracking tools, these tools were underused due to their complexity. I engaged with the tool’s creator to master its logic and integrate it into my project routines. This commitment to operational excellence improved financial oversight and led to my selection as a global ambassador for the company’s development methodology. I was invited to Norway to co-design a training program that will empower over 40 global project professionals to leverage our systems, aligning tools, processes, and strategy.Smart people are always welcome here.
