   Assisting the Project Manager primarily with preconstruction activities for the TxDOT IH-69 / US-288 Expansion Project in Downtown Houston. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Deep Soil Cement Mixing (DSCM) submittals such as the Quality Control Plan (QCP), cost estimates, budgets, construction sequences, proposal documentation for approvals, preliminary schedules, and facilitating effective field-to-office coordination.Leading TxDOT’s Tieback Anchor Testing Program, including preparation of technical & required submittals and proposals, resource mobilization and tracking, budgeting and scheduling, vendor management, and close coordination with the client & site representatives.Contributed to the Riverbend WRP Expansion Project in Dallas, Texas by supporting field operations with construction drawings, technical details, and sequencing plans. Assisted the Project Manager with cost estimates, RFIs, vendor coordination, QA/QC oversight of Single Column Deep Soil Cement Mixing (DSCM) works, and preparation of tieback anchor testing documentation.
