Working on Cryogenic Nitrogen production via Air Seperation Unit(ASU) of 40 TPD Operations & Maintenance (cryogenic process by Linde India) using Rockwell Automation. Start up & Shut down of process plant i.e, multistage air compressor,chiller,turbines via DCS and panel operations at JSW Tarapur. 1) It includes start-up and shut-down of N2 plant for proper operations and maintenance meet with production target. On-line maintenance, troubleshooting, condition monitoring, process monitoring and optimization. 2) To maintain uniterrupted DPS(Direct Pipeline Supply) of N2 to client. 3) Prepare Daily Production Report & Engineering Report.
