Working as a Service Delivery Management - Associate ITSM for Kering project.This project was undergoing transition from Russia Fujitsu team to India Fujitsu team.I was working on Incident management and Major incident management transition team. Transition started in the month of May. Took handover from the Russia team and deliver to our India GDC team. Also worked with the recruitment team in acquiring resources for the project.KT was streamlined properly with the team and the project was live from 5th of Sept,22. Post that I was working as a lead for incidents and Major incidents.Ensure that incidents get divided between the team members. Also make sure co-ordination among the teams is there in resolving the incidents within the agreed SLA. Problem records are being created for all the major incidents. Known issues are identified and documented properly.Other than working on incidents, problem records and team management, working on clients reporting on a monthly and weekly basis. Also prepare PPT for client review presentation.
