Building Strategies & Organizations | BCG | INSEAD MBA, Unilever & XLRI MBAI sit at the intersection of high-level strategy and commercial execution, driven by a passion for transforming businesses and empowering the people who power them.At the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in London, I partner with executive teams and boards to navigate complex business challenges. My focus is on defining winning strategies, accelerating growth, and driving large-scale organizational change. I work to translate ambiguity into actionable value, ensuring that strategic vision translates into measurable top-line and bottom-line impact.My consulting perspective is grounded in nearly 6 years of operational leadership at Unilever. Starting as a Unilever Future Leaders Management Trainee, I progressed rapidly to lead Sales and Business HR for key business units as a core member of several Business Leadership Teams. I also spearheaded crisis response initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring business continuity and safety for thousands. I managed complex organizational dynamics and commercial strategies, delivering results in high-pressure environments across South Asia and Europe.As President of the INSEAD Student Council (MBA \'25), I represented ~490 peers from 75 nations. This experience, amongst other positions of responsibility that I have held, honed my ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural stakeholders and navigate the nuances of global governance.My professional journey is guided by a singular ambition - To champion global enterprises through sustainable leadership practices. I aim to build organizations that create enduring value by combining commercial discipline with a human-centric approach to leadership and society.I am always keen to connect with fellow professionals to exchange insights on Strategy, Leadership, and Organizational Development.
