In my current role at NTPC Limited, I am responsible for overseeing critical aspects of civil engineering at the Rammam Hydro Power Project. Key responsibilities include:Preparing detailed Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) based on structural drawings to ensure accurate execution of the project.Managing and supervising daily progress of site activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.Actively involved in the discussion and implementation of the Tunnel Safety Plan, including risk assessment and preparation of contingency measures.Reporting incidents and safety updates to the Tunnel Manager, and ensuring crew adherence to safe working procedures.Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and preparing necessary project documentation in line with their specifications.Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective risk mitigation.This position allows me to apply my expertise in civil engineering, safety management, and client interfacing on large-scale infrastructure projects.
