Communicating with Co-ordinator (PC) for maintaining and ordering of resources and raw materials on daily basis.• Responsibility in casting yard execution of Pre-Cast post-tensioning box segments (SBS), I-girder, U-Girder (FSLM). Various types of segments with a span of 30m, 35m, 40m, 45m. Various height with changes of span from 2.7m, 3m, 3.4m up to 4m. Weight of the segments from 62 MT to 120 MT.• Major bridge over Narmada River of well foundation with a huge span of 60 m consists of box segments (SBS), programming with Underslung launching method (USLG).• Each bed prepared with one PHS (Pier height segment), one Diaphragm mould of short line and a long line bed with three no’s fully hydraulic Inner/outer shutter.• Segments record maintaining from casting date to completion of curing period andlocate for proper stacking until to transport for launching.
