A key recent milestone has been the successful execution of a Tech Depth Cadre development Program, a flagship initiative designed to create a strong pipeline of AI- and ML-ready technologists. The program was co-designed with industry experts and internal SMEs, ensuring direct alignment with client use cases, live project requirements, and emerging technology trends. Through a hands-on, outcome-driven learning model, the program accelerated deployment readiness, solution ownership, and real-world problem-solving, delivering measurable impact to the business.In parallel, I drive Prodapt’s Tech Upskilling and AI Learning strategy, ensuring learning translates into on-the-job application and productivity gains. This includes achieving 100% AI awareness and upskilling across the workforce and operationalizing AI within Learning & Development through practical tools, workflows, and use cases that support teams in delivering faster and smarter outcomes.Additionally I lead the Campus-to-Corporate program, owning the end-to-end execution of onboarding, foundational training, and early-career capability building for fresh graduates. The focus is on reducing time-to-productivity, strengthening core technical and professional skills, and ensuring a seamless transition from campus learning to project delivery. This structured approach has helped create a consistent, scalable pipeline of talent ready to meet business expectations early in their careers.With over 18 years of experience in HR and Learning & Development, my core strength lies in execution at scale—translating learning strategy into tangible business outcomes through strong stakeholder alignment, disciplined governance, and continuous improvement.
