ABOUT SOUTAM ROY

With over 14 years of experience in the information technology industry, I am a passionate and resourceful Product Manager at AB InBev India, the world\'s largest brewing company. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, customer journey mapping, and software program management to deliver impactful and user-centric digital solutions that enhance the company\'s operations, revenue, and customer satisfaction. As an agile coach and backlog manager, I facilitate the implementation of agile scrum methodologies and best practices in the projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the products. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to identify the needs, priorities, and expectations of the business and the customers, and translate them into actionable and feasible product features and specifications. Additionally, I am involved in the closure activities of the projects, such as retrospectives, lessons learned documentation, root cause analysis, and performance feedback for the team members. I strive to continuously improve the processes, systems, and outcomes of the projects, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
