As an Engineering Management student at Northeastern University, I am pursuing my passion for Supply Chain Management and Problem Solving. With a degree in Information Technology and experience in Digital Marketing, I have a unique combination of technical and managerial skills that enable me to thrive in dynamic and complex environments. My most recent experience as an Operations Intern at Micro Hardware demonstrated my ability to lead and execute projects with excellence and efficiency. I successfully led a root cause analysis team to reduce product defects by 50%, proposed and implemented design changes that improved manufacturability and test time, and developed and maintained relationships with third-party suppliers, saving 3% in supplier costs. I also assisted in project management activities, using agile methodologies to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of several projects. I am motivated and growth-oriented, and I am always looking for opportunities to learn and develop my skills in the field of Supply Chain Management. I am particularly interested in working with organizations that can provide me with challenging and rewarding opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise. I am also a team player, who values communication, collaboration, and feedback, and who strives to motivate and inspire others with a positive and can-do attitude.
