ABOUT SOURAV MONDAL
I am a Process Engineer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in operating and commissioning of Air Separation Units (ASU) for Oxygen Nitrogen and Argon production. Currently, I’m working at Inox Air Products, managing operations at a 120 TPD Oxygen Plant. Before this, I worked with Jindal Steel & Power at a 2×1200 TPD Oxygen Plant, where I gained deep expertise in plant optimization, and safe handling of cryogenic systems.My core strengths lie in managing daily ASU operations, troubleshooting process issues, interpreting P & IDs, executing HAZOP procedures, and ensuring safe and continuous gas supply. I have worked with equipment from top OEMs like Man Turbo, Atlas Copco, Cryostar, ACD and Ingersoll Rand, and I am experienced in both DCS control and field operations.One of my proudest achievements was helping achieve a record-high oxygen production of 2426 TPD in 1200×2 TPD plant and supporting critical medical oxygen supply during the COVID-19 pandemic.I am passionate about continuous learning, process improvement, and contributing to safe and efficient plant operations.
