As part of the Revenue Assurance Finance team, I manage and oversee daily sales and collection processes across multiple branches, ensuring accurate and timely reporting directly to senior leadership. My responsibilities include:Preparing daily revenue and net collection reports for across various branches, reported directly to higher authorities.Reconciling Daily Sales Reports (DSR) with revenue data to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.Maintaining detailed records of both domestic (INR) and international sales and collections, and uploading data into SAP for timely revenue recognition.Processing client refunds—both online and offline—in line with policy guidelines and with necessary approvals.Coordinating with the legal team on fraud cases and other compliance-related matters.Liaising with Service, Sales, and Product teams to resolve payment, client, and order-related queries.Recommending and supporting technology and process improvements for smoother and more efficient operations.Creating and managing multiple reports related to refunds, part/full payments, order replacements, and other business-specific reporting needs.Managing month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition, accruals, and deferrals, with accurate postings in SAP within deadlines.Supporting internal and external audits by preparing and providing required financial data and documentation.
