As a Manger at PwC, I am responsible for driving sustainability strategies, reporting and assurance for a variety of sectors, including Oil and Gas, Energy, Textile, Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Data Centre, Real Estate, Chemical, and Metal. With over a decade of experience in the field, I have gained in-depth knowledge of scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, as well as hands-on experience with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, SASB, GRESB, Science Based Targets (SBTi), GHG Protocol, and sector-specific standards like PEER, TRUE, LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA.My achievements in this field include developing decarbonization and climate strategies, supporting business cases and the application of carbon reduction frameworks/standards, delivering sustainability and net-zero projects, and providing sustainability strategy preparation and implementation services to industry associations such as BGMEA (Bangladesh). I have also led and contributed to materiality assessments, stakeholder mapping and inclusion, KPI preparation, scenario analysis, LCA, and stakeholder engagement.In addition to my technical expertise, I have extensive experience in project management, client relationship management, and new client acquisition. I have designed customized solutions for clients and am responsible for end-to-end advisory projects, from boarding to delivery. Throughout my career, I have facilitated awareness training in ESG and sustainability for senior management and CXOs and have contributed to recruiting and developing ESG/sustainability talent for the firms I have worked with.
