At ECI Group, a global leader in polyethylene and high-pressure polymer technologies, I lead project controls within our UK operations in close collaboration with the Global Project Controls Manager and Cost Manager—ensuring the successful delivery of complex capital projects with precision and strategic alignment.My core responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost control, risk analysis, and progress measurement. I facilitate planning workshops, develop master schedules in Primavera Cloud/P6, manage change control processes, and ensure alignment with contract, budget, and execution strategy. I also lead reporting cycles and support business development with strategic project controls input.In addition to my primary role, I contribute to several enterprise-level initiatives: Tool & Process Innovation: Spearheading the development of new digital tools and enhanced ways of working—collaborating closely with senior leadership to modernize and scale project delivery practices. Advanced Market Development: Supported business development and market research in the Advanced Recycling and Waste-to-Energy sectors to identify global growth opportunities. AI Strategy & Adoption: Serving as a member of the AI Steering Committee, responsible for evaluating use cases and leading AI integration initiatives across ECI Group’s global offices. Business Intelligence: Contributing to cross-functional business intelligence efforts and promoting data-driven decision-making. Thought Leadership & Digital Advocacy: Putting efforts to Initiating and advancing internal thought leadership efforts, with a focus on building a digital-first narrative and fostering knowledge sharing across the organization.I bring a structured mindset with a forward-looking vision—combining operational depth with strategic agility.
