Sourav is an Engineering Graduate from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (Formerly UCE Burla) and is currently pursuing a PGDM (Equivalent to an MBA) in Human Resource Management at the International Management Institute, New Delhi. Sourav brings a diverse professional background, with his last stint at PwC as a Technology Consultant. He specializes in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Learning & Development, and Performance Management. Having worked across Technology Consulting, Pharmaceuticals, and Startups, he is committed to building high-impact HR strategies that enhance workforce potential and drive organisational effectiveness. He has designed strategic HR initiatives across organizations, contributing to both Suzuki R&D and Truemind Capital. At Suzuki R&D, he developed Employer Branding & EVP strategies and identified key HR metrics to assess impact and guide leadership decisions. At Truemind Capital, he designed a Performance Management System, structured onboarding programs, and crafted employee recognition and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals Adept in both managerial and technical domains, he possesses a strong business acumen, exceptional emotional intelligence, and a proactive leadership approach.
