Accomplished IT professional with 19+ years of experience and proven record of significant successful contribution in quality management, development, agile project management and process improvement.I started my career as a Mainframe developer. Later I became a SME on OMNI (a recordkeeping product from Sungard later purchased by Fidelity). While working on this product I played different roles such as Developer, Quality Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Scrum Master in various projects.As a Client Manger for Cognizant USA was responsible for setting up onshore, nearshore teams, working on SOWs, and engaging with clients to get more business for the company. As a Cognizant people Manager was responsible for managing people reporting under me, working on their appraisal and helping them to develop new skills.Currently I am working as a RTE and Agile Tools(Jira,Jira Align, Confluence) Coach for TIAA.    Working as Release Train Engineer at TIAA.•Facilitate the PI planning event for all Teams in the Agile Release Train of 100+ associates spread across USA and India.• Make sure Team is aligned to their Team PI Objectives and Program PI Objectives & put them in Jira Align and Confluence for transparency and visibility.• Facilitate Mid PI and End of PI System Demo and Retro for all Teams in the Agile Release Train.• Facilitate ART Sync, PO Sync and Scrum of Scrums in the Agile Release Train.• Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ARTs and help them improve. • Coach leaders, scrum masters and teams in Lean-Agile mindsets and practices.• Provide Organizational wide trainings on Scaled Agile, JIRA and Jira Align.• Use JIRA Program Board to track the completion of Features from Intake to Done.
