Instant commerce is indistinguishable from magic\'- and Souradip is playing a small part unfolding this miracle through his current role, as part of which he looks after expansion strategies for Blinkit in potential markets across India.Souradip is a graduate from MDI, Gurgaon, where he specialized in Marketing and Strategy. During his stint at MDI, he held the position of Co-ordinator, Alumni Relations Committee, and that of Chief Curator of the Annual Marketing Conclave of the institute. During this time, he also won multiple prestigious competitions such as Mahindra Warroom, Flipkart Wired, SPJIMR Finding Neo: The Next CEO. In the summer of 2019, he interned in strategy domain where he helped set-up process flow and org structure at the newly formed IoT unit of TATA Communications, and was offered PPO for his work there. After his MBA, Souradip joined the elite Asia-Pacific Management Cadre of Rockwell Automation.Before joining in for management studies, he worked at TATA Consultancy Services Ltd, where he had multiple responsibilities including that of a Project Facilitator and Core Member of business unit\'s CSR team. He has been awarded multiple recognitions, including the highly coveted TCS Maitree Prize for his out-of-box solutions and distinctive performance towards the improvement of the outlook of the organization through social activities. He was also an invited speaker at Conclave 2018.He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology, where he held multiple leadership positions, including but not limited to, Secretary of branch, National Chief Coordinator of Conclave 2014, Program Head of CSI chapter, Head of Sponsorship Committee of college fest, etc. He was awarded \"The Best Student for Overall Activities\" of the batch for his all-round performance.
