I m working in Crystal Crop Protection Ltd company. It is a pesticide company. I m working as an Assistant Manager in production department. In Crystal Crop Protection Ltd with a team of 2 senior officer, 4 officer, 20 supercisor, 25 operators and 450 manpower if we talk about my job than i have to gid my team and down line how work is to be done and to manage the standard of sop, iso document on lines and give the production with quality with in the given period of time and finaly i have to check the daily production reports to post with the help of mis and calculate the efficiency report at last not the least i have to do planning for the next day production plan and more other official work.
