ABOUT SOURABH GANDHE
With over 14 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership, I am passionate about building scalable, performant, and innovative products and systems in the digital advertising and healthtech domains. I am currently the VP of Engineering and MD India at DeepIntent, a leading healthcare marketing platform that connects healthcare brands with patients and physicians.At DeepIntent, I am responsible for architecting and delivering new products and tech stack from the ground up, managing the career growth and day-to-day operations for the platform, data, QA engineering, and PMO functions, and setting up and scaling the engineering center in India. I am also a regular committer at Prebid.JS and Prebid Server, open-source projects that enable publishers to monetize their inventory with header bidding. Some of the products and projects that I have worked on or led include the Marketplace for publishers, the Planner for advertisers, the Exchange and Adserver, the UI for the DSP, and the Data Pipelines. I work with a variety of technologies such as Java, Javascript, React, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and AngularJS, and I love to play with new technologies and web app architectures. When I am not doing all this, I am thinking of new product ideas and creating MVPs for them.
