I am the founder and CEO of Advantage Club, a global platform for employee engagement that includes rewards, flexible benefits and communities. With over 14 years of experience in software development, product and strategic management, and entrepreneurship, I am passionate about creating solutions that enhance the well-being and productivity of employees and employers alike.I have a master\'s degree in computer science from UCLA, and have published two papers in conferences on data mining and machine learning applications. I have also worked for Microsoft, Amazon, and Symantec, where I gained valuable insights and skills in the tech industry. In 2016, I co-founded my first company in the employee engagement space, which I later pivoted to a better model in 2021. In 2021, I was accepted into Y Combinator, a prestigious startup accelerator program that supports and mentors promising founders. I am always eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded people, fellow entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
