My 20 years of career path, though diverse, is not traditional. I have transitioned from a network operations engineer to a business analyst to the owner of an analytics product addressing use cases like Segmentation, Recommendation, Next Best Offer and Churn Management. With adequate exposure to both the worlds viz. domain and software development, I bring about a unique business value to the organization I work for. I have worked in various O/BSS Digital Transformation as a Business Analyst and Domain Consultant with specialization in data audit, roaming DCH and revenue analytics. Represented Ericsson in MWC, Barcelona 2017 for Digital Risk and Business Assurance PoV along with WeDo Technologies. Was a key stakeholder of B2B Partner Playground PoC in Ericsson ONE Innovation Lab. I am passionate about innovation and often put on the hat of a technology evangelist.Winner of multiple accolades over the years – I have been selected in top 10 B2B ideator in Ericsson #HackTheVirus 2020. In 2019, I have been recognized as a Key Contributor in Service Delivery and got appreciation from Ericsson CEO. I am an Ericsson certified 5G associate and Applied Data Science Graduate. I am currently driving Generative AI incubation initiatives in Data and Analytics for B/OSS.
