I am an AI Product Manager at Microsoft, where I lead the Network Copilot, natural language powered Copilot experience to serve faster and easier network management insights for their Infra and Engineering service needs, for the Infrastructure and Engineering Services (IES) org within MS Digital. I established the AI strategy, culture and roadmap within the org, and drive AI opportunities across 10+ projects. I have a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCLA where I learned Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Product development and HCI that I implement in my current PM job. I am passionate about making an impact by combining user needs and metrics/data into tangible solutions. Creating great UX that makes me happy.
