1. Director, Ai Program

   Launched and lead a new applied AI program and grew the team to 15 in year 1 and 50+ in year 2 (60+ currently). This team includes Principal and Senior Managers and individual contributors in AI, ML and data science, software engineering, and program management. Successfully lead the design, development, and evaluation of AI/ML solutions and delivered AI/ML innovations with a current focus on Generative AI, and AI foundational models, particularly large language models (LLMs) for co-pilot experiences in Azure, Power Platform / Dynamics, and Office suite of products. Created a vision and established the strategic direction and priorities for the program. Established a culture of diversity and inclusion, and achieved high levels of engagement for work and organization. Established partnerships with more than 15 different product teams and operationalized a AI/ML as a mid-term innovation model. Accelerated production-level implementations that adhered to Microsoft\'s responsible AI principles on a range of applications from cloud (Azure), AI platforms, IoT, news and advertisement, supply chain (Dynamics 365), intelligent assistants, and productivity suites (Office). Program\'s contributions include data engineering, algorithmic innovation, visualization, deployment, monitoring, auditing, and creating and validating end-user interactions.~70% of innovations were commercialized. Program\'s work received 90% positive rating, across Microsoft\'s product teams, most of which are located remotely.
