My research interests revolve around developing innovative drug delivery systems and understanding neuroactive compounds\' intricate pharmacology and pharmacokinetics. Proficient in developing and implementing chromatographic techniques such as LC-MS/MS, UPLC-UV, and UV-Vis spectrophotometer analysis for drug and peptide/neurotransmitter assessment. Skilled in validating bioanalytical procedures following FDA recommendations and proficient in sample preparation techniques like protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, and solid-phase extraction. Hands-on expertise in working with diverse cell lines, including HMC3, primary human microglial cells, SH-SY5Y, IMR90-c4, and CTR65M (iPSCs). Experienced in brain isolation, plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) collection, and microdialysis experiments in mice. Comprehensive understanding of preparing drug-loaded polymeric nanoparticles (PLGA), exosome nano-formulation, and liposomes for drug delivery. Proficient in characterizing drug delivery systems to optimize therapeutic efficacy and minimize adverse effects.
