Identified root cause and electronic signals for diagnosis, and enabled automation safeguards to contain those issuesSustaining and HVM Operation:• Owned 4 production equipment, led module sustaining activity by collaborating with vendors, fab support team, and facility, and supervised resource allocation to maintain module production capacity • Qualified 2 FOK CVD ILD deposition equipment through rigorous blanket and integrated qualification to improve module WIP capacity• Led a cross-functional team with vendors, technicians, EHS team to build preventive maintenance procedures and operation BKM for the FOK toolset for sustaining excellence and with reduced equipment downtime.• Collaborated with automation engineers to enable automation safeguards to prevent excursions and to resolve key module automation issues • Created new SPC charts, and equipment mentoring set up for new films, recipes for enhanced quality control, and excursion prevention. • Represented the module in quality meetings and enabled key quality learning (Automation/Procedure improvement) to maintain process quality • Mentored and provided technical training to 1 new module engineer,>10 shift engineers, and technicians on module BKM, hardware, and operations.
