   Led the system design for a synchronous real-time account compromise detection system called Ads Publish Friction to detect malicious users within Meta\'s ads platform.• Worked across various stakeholders, Product Managers, ML Engineers and Data scientists to develop ML and heuristic rules for detecting malicious activity at the time of ad creation. The system currently processes over 2M ad publish flows on an annual basis.• Helped migrate the system onto new infrastructure helping bring down processing times by 30%. Also helped onboard high value businesses onto the platform, preventing over $250M in revenue leakage annually.• Supported and solved critical production issues with quick turnarounds for a variety of Business Protection and Integrity systems.
