The system automatically detects optimization intent (maximize/ minimize), parses constraints, performs price simulations, formulates Linear Programming problems using PuLP, and delivers optimal pricing strategies— Designed and implemented Hierarchical Market Structure Analysis (HMSA) and Assortment Structure Modeling (ASM) frameworks in FMCG categories (US Mayonnaise & Spreads, India Tea & Coffee, Germany Maggi & Knorr market), leveraging methods such as MDS, cluster analysis, switching matrices, and demand modeling to map consumer decision journeys, optimize SKU assortment, and drive pricing/pack strategies using Volume Transfer Matrix (VTM) and Price-Volume-Profit (PVP) simulators— Designed and deployed an interactive Seriated Purchase Structure Symmetric Switching Matrix using Python, Streamlit, and Pandas to analyze SKU × SKU relationships. Enabled dynamic exploration of switching behavior across single and multi-attribute configurations, supporting data-driven decision-making for product and portfolio optimization.(save 97.5% time)— Developed an interactive Streamlit app that automates SmartArt hierarchy extraction, attribute mapping, and data preprocessing from Excel files. Built using Python, Pandas, and lxml, the tool parses XML SmartArt structures, performs PPG-level volume aggregation and SKU-wise market share analysis, and generates a multi-sheet Excel output via an intuitive UI. This automation reduced manual processing time from hours to seconds, enabling faster, more accurate insights for business and analytics teams.(Save 99.8% time)
