Founder at Faction | Educator | Entrepreneur Growing up in Agartala with a curiosity for how the world works, I was always captivated by problem-solving-not just in science, but in life itself. That pursuit took me to IIT Kharagpur, where I earned my B.Tech and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics and Computing, and where I represented my institute as a gold medalist and Inter-IIT Fine Arts captain. Along the way, I cleared multiple Olympiads, the KVPY, and achieved a top All India Rank of 3466 in JEE Advanced.After gaining industry experience as a Full Stack Engineer and an intern at Trilogy Innovations (formerly Codenation), I realised my deepest impact lay not in code, but in shaping minds. So, I returned home to Tripura to build what didn’t exist here - a structured, high-quality learning ecosystem rooted in mentorship and innovation.That vision became Faction - an initiative designed to bridge the educational gap in the Northeast and redefine how students prepare for JEE, NEET, and foundational learning. At Faction, we combine academic rigor, technology-driven insight, and emotional mentorship to help students discover their true potential. Within a short span, our test series and programs like Quest, Pinnacle, and Faction Juniors have become benchmarks of quality learning in the region.As a teacher by calling and an engineer by training, I’m driven by one mission-to make world-class education accessible, inspiring, and meaningful for every student, no matter where they come from.
