ABOUT SOUMYAA MATHUR
I am a post graduate international student at UCL retrieving a Master of Sciences in Law and Finance. In achieving my aspirations to be a solicitor for an international firm, I seek to gain legal experience to further comprehend the intersection of legal procedures and financial mechanisms in corporate legal development including M&A and private equity. Beyond an interest to engage in the corporate law sector I also seek to expand my social impact through participation in pro-bono work. Integration and encouragement of such efforts by legal institutions is a principle I highly value. I aim to participate in the legal industry internationally primarily through the New York and London operations of a global firm.
