Key achievements during doctoral dissertation include:1) Development of inherently selective atomic layer deposition (SALD) to selectively deposit dielectric on Si while preventing the same on metal surface.2) Simulation of the SALD performed using a predictive algorithm written on MATLAB.3) Room temperature deposition of magnesium oxide on collagen to enhance its osteopromotive properties as a bioactive implant.Presently working as a Process Development Engineer at Intel. Leading cross platform projects and mastering process development skills while observing semiconductor fabrication up-close.Also, passionate about preserving the nature and all her species.
