With a strong educational background in Computer Science Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree from LCIT Group of Institution, I have acquired a solid foundation in the field.In my current role at Nice Interactive Solutions Ltd, working with CITI Bank APAC/NAM as a client, I handle daily proactive alerts and cases related to NICE recording solutions. My responsibilities include requirements gathering, analysis, and coordination with clients. I also manage CITI Bank’s managed services for recording solutions and handle incident, problem, change, and service request management.I possess a range of core telecom skills, particularly in NICE recording, where I perform daily health checkups of NICE devices, monitor call recording and evaluation, troubleshoot packet issues, and create agent IDs for NICE recording. Additionally, I am skilled in extension mapping, VDN, and hunt mapping in NICE, and perform daily monitoring of related databases and data mart jobs. I also contribute to server maintenance activities, inventory preparation, and SLA reporting.My expertise extends to interactive voice response (IVR) systems, where I provide technical assistance in designing and maintaining enterprise-based IVR systems. I contribute to process improvement efforts, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with project teams to provide technical inputs for speech application design. I am also involved in patching activities, release deployments, and certificate renewal.Alongside my technical skills, I possess personal strengths such as a strong willingness to learn, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while meeting project deadlines. I excel in research and documentation and work well as part of a team.
